CELEBRATING 60 YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY
The Lord's Pantry of Downingtown began in 1965 as a small outreach effort within a local church. Over time it grew to include support for the broader community and now serves families facing food insecurity primarily in Downingtown, Exton, Lionville, and Thorndale. As a Choice Pantry, we empower clients to select their own food.
We currently serve over 700 registered households, providing a 14-day supply of food to families in need. We help those who are frequently unable to make ends meet, as well as families who need assistance on a short-term basis.

Our work is powered by over 100 dedicated volunteers who generously give their time to staff the pantry, pick up donated food, and assist the people we serve.

The Lord's Pantry of Downingtown is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) serving individuals and families whose income falls within 185% of the poverty level
